Stir-fried chicken breast and green onion with egg
Make healthy and inexpensive chicken breast the main dish for dinner. It is rich with garlic, soy sauce, and butter, and goes well with rice.
Ingredients for 3 to 4 people
chicken breast1 piece 300g
Japanese leekOne
Shimeji mushrooms1 pack
potato starchAppropriate amount

egg2 pieces
garlic tube8cm
butter10g

*Soy sauce, cooking sake2 tablespoons each

How to make
Cut the chicken breast into strips and marinate in the pickling sauce. Ideally, 1 to 2 hours in the refrigerator.
Cut the green onion diagonally and split the shimeji mushrooms.
Sprinkle potato starch on ❶, heat oil in a frying pan, and fry until golden brown on both sides.
Break the eggs and set aside.
Add seasonings and set aside.
Heat garlic and butter in a frying pan, add vegetables from ❷ and stir-fry
Add the chicken breast from ❸ to ❺ and mix with the seasonings
Once it blends well with the seasonings, sprinkle in the beaten egg and adjust to your desired

The hardness of the final egg is up to you. This time it's relatively hard.
It's also good as a bowl. This time I made it into a bowl.
