This is an easy and satisfying salad. For dinner on days when you don't have an appetite.

How to make
- 1For the salad, wash and cut an appropriate amount of lettuce, 1 cucumber, tomato, and broccoli sprouts or radish.
- 2For the chicken, cut the breast meat into thin strips, season with salt and pepper, and fry both sides in sesame oil.When the chicken is golden brown, pour sake over it and steam-fry.
- 3Toast the fried tofu in the toaster.
- FourI had corn, so I boiled it and served it with it.
Tips/Points
I like sesame oil for added flavor, but any oil will do. Enjoy with your favorite dressing.
